Stainless-steel Budd dome-observation car with the rounded tail that ends VIA Rail's transcontinental train; current unstriped livery.
Sizes are the outer dimensions of the body (length × width × height, mm). Colours show the livery; prints are single-colour. Sized to fit a toy chassis.

The lamp on top of the roof cap at the tail. The ribs of the cap fan back from it (seven fine lines on the model).
The band round the tail on the upright wall under the roof cap. It starts just above the drip rail and ends square in front of the dome. Band and cap together are about half the height from the rim to the drip rail.

The dome top at 4.83 m is from a source. The roof at 4.11 m and the rim at 0.75 m are unchecked assumptions, and the dome height follows from them. The sloping ends of the dome were judged by eye from photographs.
The 26 m length is squashed evenly to 150 mm (5.8 mm/m), while heights are at about 11.3 mm/m, so the car looks taller than the real one. The roof is 2 mm higher than on the other models. The 35 mm width is widened to the 40 mm chassis. Keeping the tail to scale was dropped, since the dome would have to shrink.
